Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation policy for private sessions: We are more than happy to transfer your booking to a different date if you need to cancel for any reasons. However, to be refunded, a cancellation must be done at least 48 hours prior to the booked private session.There is no tuition refund for a cancellation 48 hours or less prior to the booked private session. - Cancellation policy for workshops: We are more than happy to transfer your booking to a different date if you need to cancel for any reasons. However, a complete cancellation up to 15 days prior to the workshop start date, results in a refund of half the workshop tuition, or in totality if we find someone else to replace you. There is no tuition refund for a cancellation 14 days or less prior to the start date.
